Maximum of A4 size(210mm by 300mm) to the minimum post card size
Any expression and styles that fits and concludes in maximum size of the paper. Coloring and material could be anything, however, a relief or any other three-dimensional works are unacceptable.
A former work or a work which was announced should be clearly noted where and when it was published. Also, if it is applied to other awards at the same time or awarded at others, note the name of award and exhibition. If not noted, cancellation of winning prize may occur.
All works will be displayed and storage at summit house in Miyagawa town, Hida-city. Awarded works will be put together into a book of collections.
Your entry will be considered as your message to Miyagawa Town, and therefore it will not be returned. If necessary, please make a copy before you send your work.
