Second BAKU International Cartoon Contest-2006
THEME: Sport
Deadline: November 15, 2006.
1. CONTEST: open to all cartoonists from the world
2. Works can be sent by E-mail to: olimpiya_dunyasi@mail.ru with author's short biography, Name, Address, Telephone, Email & Photo.
Works should be 1000 pixel ,Jpg format and 100 dpi .
Amount of pieces: Each participant will be able to send up to 5 Cartoons
The catalogue of the festival will be dedicated to those artists whose
works showcased in the exhibition.

Second prize:150 US $
Third Prize:100 US $
