Theme: Peaceful Nuclear Energy
- All cartoonists are allowed to take part including amateurs and professionals.
- Works can have texts but it should be in English
Size: JPEG (color) and GIF (B&W) format with 800*600 Pixels and 72 DPI
- You can send maximum number of 5 works
- Works which have won prizes in previous contests, will not be taken into account.
- Works should be send with a photo

Deadline: September 21, 2006
- Works will not be returned and the authority can use them in any magazines and advertisements.
Prizes:
First winner: $500 and Statue
Second winner: $300 and Statue
Third winner: $200 and Statue
40 memorials will be awarded to 40 works. Works will be catalogued and sent to all participants.

It should be mentioned that the prize-giving ceremony will be held in Ardabil - Iran on November 10, 2006.
