Deadline: February 5, 2008

- Technique is free.
- Size of the works should not exceed 30x40 cm.
- First name, last name, exact post address and telephone number should be written on the back side of each cartoon.
- A catalogue of selected works will be published which will be sent to all participants.

First Prize: 2.750,- YTL.
Second Prize: 2.200,- YTL.
Third Prize: 1.650,- YTL.
3 Mentions: each 850,- YTL.
