The international jury consisted of Murat Şenkul, M. Serhan Gazioğlu, Ivailo Tsvetkov, Musa Keklik, Musa Kayra, Zafer Turkulu, and Hüseyin Çakmak, who evaluated all submitted artworks and selected the finalists.

Dear cartoonists and cartoonist organization officials: We are sending the cartoons that the 15th International Cartoon Contest Selection Committee scored and determined as finalists for objection.

These cartoons may be similar, imitated or copied. He may have won an award in another contest before. Please report these cartoons (providing the exact date and documentation). Documented cartoons will be canceled and other cartoons with high scores will be taken into consideration.

The objection period is until July 15, 2026. (24.00 at night – Cyprus Time).
