I have the honor to invite you to participate in the second cartoon festival to be held in Iraq - Kurdistan Region - Sulaymaniyah on 1/4/2019 where artists from all over the world will gather to participate in this cartoon festival.
This year we have taken the "water crisis" as the title of our festival, so that the work presents solutions to the problem of water shortage in the world and draws the attention of governments to this serious problem.
Each artist can participate in 5 works of animation, 3 works under the title of the advertiser and two works of art chosen by the artist.
Each project must have A3 and 300 dpi. The artist is free to choose the style and materials used.
The deadline for receipt of works is: 15/3/2019.
Each participating artist will receive a digital version of the festival guide and the scoreboard.
The first prize is $ 500, the second is $ 300 and the third is $ 200
