President of the Cyprus Turkish Association of Cartoonists Musa Kayra Society Board Member Huseyin Cakmak, Mustafa Azizoğlu, Serhan Gazioğlu Kyrenia Municipality Art Director Derman Atik, Bulgaria's Yordanka Lyubenova, the United States, Prof. John A. Lent, Muhittin Koroglu from Turkey, Germany, Vital Boyacıoğlu and International Cartoon Organizations Federation representative from Greece Grigoris consisting Georgiou, the jury in the competition, next to the first three degrees, gave special awards to 15 work.

The awarded works, to assess whether the similarities or copy, suspending for a week on the internet will be presented to the assessment of international cartoon authorities, the results of this evaluation will be finalized then.

According to the preliminary results of the competition, the first place we Vladi Stankovksi of Serbia, second from Colombia Raul Alfanso Grisales, won third place in Turkey Muammar Kotbaş.

The award ceremony of the competition will be held at 14 Olive Festival will take place in October.

Как я понял, организаторы перед окончательным объявлением призёров хотят удостовериться, что ранее не было подобных карикатур?
Хорошая-правильная вроде бы затея, но вот только интересно, что они будут делать, если вдруг выясниться, что все отобранные работы не оригинальны?
