THE „SMILING CITY” CONTEST

Upon the occasion of the International Festival for Satirical Graphics and Humorous Literature „Umor la … Gura Humorului”, the 35st edition, the Town Hall of Gura Humorului organizes a special satirical graphics contest.

Contest rules:

· Subject: „Smiling City”

· The participants must submit 1 (one) satirical graphic work

· The cartoon must be created after the 1st of January 2025, and it must be unpublished and unrewarded within other contests.

· Special Prize: 150 euros.

· The works must be sent at the following e-mail address: smiling.city.gh@gmail.com until the 11 July 2025.

· The works will not be given back to their owners, as they are part of the heritage of the International Festival for Satirical Graphics and Humorous Literature „Umor la … Gura Humorului” and the organizers reserve the right to use them in later edited materials.

Together with the cartoon, we are asking you to send us the following:

· Address

· E-mail address

· Name of the work (optional)
